• In the case of lateral entry programs, all eligible students will be awarded 100% scholarship on tuition fees and it will be applicable for all the years of course duration.
• 12th compartment and Transfer admission in the second year in both cases are not eligible for scholarships; there is no opportunity for a scholarship in the second year or any subsequent years.

Scholarship Continuation in next years:

• Scholarship eligibility is determined based on the CGPA of the previous year, considering only theory papers.
• If there are any backlogs in the previous year, the SES scholarship will be discontinued for all the upcoming years.
• The student will remain in the same scholarship category, and this will not change in subsequent years.
• Once a scholarship is discontinued, it will not be reinstated for the remaining duration of the program.
• If a student is not eligible for the scholarship in the first year, they will not be able to receive it in subsequent years.
• Poornima University President's Scholarship will be applicable for all the years of course duration and will not be impacted by any CGPA/backlogs.
• Flat Fee model would be applicable for all the years of course duration.

• Certificates are required from recognized sports Federations/Associations/SGFI (School Games Federation of India).
• A student can avail only one scholarship at a time, and once opted, it cannot be changed or shifted in the same year or later years of the program.
• Students not eligible for the scholarship in the first year will also not be eligible in subsequent years.
• The "Poornima University Presidents' Scholarship" is applicable for all the years of course duration except BBA Global.
• Only "Gramin Shiksha Yojna & Pearls of RRF" scholarships will be provided on both Development and Tuition fees except BBA Global.
• Valid supporting documents are required to avail Poornima University Presidents' Scholarship.

Post Graduates Programs

• Scholarship is provided exclusively for tuition fees.
• Scholarship is awarded to those who have graduated in or after 2019.
• Students with all backlogs cleared in the undergraduate degree are eligible for the scholarship.
• In cases of provisional admission or where results are awaited, the overall percentage for both semesters must be above 55% to be eligible for admission.
• 50% scholarship on tuition fees for NCC 'C' Certificate holders for Post Graduate Programs.
• Sports scholarship certificates dated on or after January 1, 2023, will be considered.
• To avail sports scholarships, students must undergo a trial of the related sport at Poornima University campus under the supervision of the Office of Associate Dean, Hostel, and Sports (2nd Saturday of June, July, and August).
• A student is eligible for sports scholarships only if selected in trials at Poornima University. Scholarship Continuation in next years:

• Scholarship eligibility is determined based on the CGPA of the previous year, considering only theory papers.
• If there are any backlogs in the previous year, the scholarship will be discontinued for all the upcoming years.
• The student will remain in the same scholarship category, and this will not change in subsequent years.
• Once a scholarship is discontinued, it will not be reinstated for the remaining duration of the program.
• If a student is not eligible for the scholarship in the first year, they will not be able to receive it in subsequent years.
• Poornima University President's Scholarship will be applicable for all the years of course duration and will not be impacted by any CGPA or backlogs.
• If a student is found involved in any disciplinary action, the scholarship will be discontinued with immediate effect.
